About the role
We're seeking a BDR (Business Development Representative) to join our growing team at Feather. Our mission is to build the next generation of voice AI agents that can reason, take actions, communicate across channels, and complete end-to-end business workflows for enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Cold outreach via LinkedIn, emails, calls
- Using tools like Clay and HubSpot to maximize outreach
- Go to prospects' offices to close deals
- Learn about the most cutting-edge use cases of AI agents
- Book 1 demo with us by the end of week 1
- Start prospecting and booking demos by yourself by the end of week 2
- Scale and iterate on your reach outs by the end of week 3
- Contribute to our sales process and make it better by the end of week 4
Requirements
- New grad is fine, as long as you've sold something before
- Experience: Understanding how AI works under the hood, ideally building something to automate your own job
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Willingness to travel and manage end-to-end deals
Qualifications
- Experience selling to enterprises
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for AI and its applications
Skills
- Effective cold outreach and follow-up
- Use of CRM tools like Clay and HubSpot
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Benefits

- Capped commission of 10% on the entire deal, which increases to 15% upon reaching targets
