Flai is an AI communications platform designed specifically for auto dealerships. The company is backed by prominent investors including First Round Capital, YC, Toyota Ventures, SV Angel, Liquid 2 Ventures, and Innovation Endeavors. The automotive industry is undergoing significant disruption due to AI adoption, and Flai is leading this transformation.

The Opportunity

Flai is expanding its Business Development Representative (BDR) team. The outbound sales process is proven, the product is gaining traction, and the team is already achieving success. As part of this dynamic team, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth while contributing to the development of new strategies and solutions.

What You'll Do

• Be the catalyst behind every deal by initiating cold outreach, sequencing, and pipeline generation.
• Own the connection between the founders, account executives (AEs), and the market, ensuring that feedback from the frontlines informs the company's sales approach and product development.
• Qualify and respond to inbound interest, moving leads through the sales funnel with urgency and precision.
• Book and conduct discovery calls that lead to demos and set up AE appointments for closing deals.
• Partner with the founders on refining messaging, identifying the ideal customer profile (ICP), and understanding market trends.

What We're Looking For

• Around 1 year of BDR or SDR experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline targets.
• A sharp, confident communicator who thrives in ambiguous situations and is energized by the fast-paced nature of the role.
• A strong candidate should have experience in the automotive industry, although it is not a strict requirement as the company will provide training.
