Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Represent Bilton at industry exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and customer events, creating new business opportunities and strengthening relationships.
- Maintain a high level of daily outbound activity, with a strong emphasis on phone prospecting and lead generation.
- Engage prospects, understand their business challenges, and effectively communicate how Bilton delivers value.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Schedule and participate in discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as an Outbound SDR/BDR or Business Development Representative.
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting and making high-volume outbound calls.
- Experience representing a company at conferences, exhibitions, or industry events.
- Experience working with customers in the construction industry or a related field – strong advantage.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions – advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for business development, continuous learning, and achieving ambitious targets.
