Founding BDR (Track Role)
About the role
We are a close-knit, high-talent-density team focused on scaling our business through effective BDR and GTM strategies. This role is a track towards Founding AE or GTM leadership within 6-12 months.
Responsibilities
- Build automated, highly personalized outbound flows using tools like Clay, Apollo, and Instantly.
- Execute multichannel reachouts across LinkedIn, Email, and Cold Calls to secure 20+ high-quality meetings per month.
- Prospect to CTOs and Heads of Engineering, understanding their AI infrastructure needs.
- Feed competitive intelligence and objection patterns back to the Product and Growth teams.
- Document every winning subject line, objection handle, and sequence to build a foundation for future hires.
- Maintain a pristine CRM to ensure all leads are accurately recorded.
- Have 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a technical space.
- Use automation tools to increase efficiency and minimize manual data entry.
- Build and manage a lead generation pipeline in an ambiguous, "0-to-1" environment.
- Communicate complex technical value propositions effectively.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude or Cursor to streamline workflows.
- Have a technical background, including coding or understanding the modern AI stack (LLMs, RAG, Evals).
Requirements
