About The Role
You'll quarterback these relationships end-to-end for your assigned accounts, grow our engagement, and build the playbook for how Obin shows up for its most important clients. This is a founding seat — you won't inherit a template, you'll create one.
Need to Have
- 7+ years of experience, with at least 2 years owning a commercial revenue target in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
- A proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations — you know how to map complex relationships, build champions, and move deals forward without formal authority.
- Fluency at every altitude: you can engage a C-level exec sponsor on strategy and a quant analyst on workflow specifics — and you know which conversation to have when.
- A genuine commercial instinct — you see whitespace in accounts, create urgency without manufacturing it, and close.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You treat the absence of a playbook as an opportunity, not a liability.
Good to Have
- Background in Institutional Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity, or Credit.
- Management consulting experience with strong client engagement chops.
- Familiarity with AI transformation in a regulated environment.
