Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle with credit unions and banks
- Run discovery, demos, pricing conversations, and closing
- Partner closely with founders on: Sales strategy & ICP definition, Pitch refinement and objection handling, Pricing and packaging
- Collaborate with Partner Success on smooth handoffs post-close
- Help create and refine: Sales decks, ROI models, Case studies and proof points
- Represent Debbie at industry conferences and FI events
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to Credit unions, Banks, and Fintech / financial infrastructure
- Proven ability to run a full sales cycle (discovery → close)
- Strong executive-level communication skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset (pricing, ROI, KPIs)
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in ambiguity
- Excited to build — not just execute — a sales function
