Founding Account Executive/GTM

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle with credit unions and banks
  • Run discovery, demos, pricing conversations, and closing
  • Partner closely with founders on: Sales strategy & ICP definition, Pitch refinement and objection handling, Pricing and packaging
  • Collaborate with Partner Success on smooth handoffs post-close
  • Help create and refine: Sales decks, ROI models, Case studies and proof points
  • Represent Debbie at industry conferences and FI events

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to Credit unions, Banks, and Fintech / financial infrastructure
  • Proven ability to run a full sales cycle (discovery → close)
  • Strong executive-level communication skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset (pricing, ROI, KPIs)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in ambiguity
  • Excited to build — not just execute — a sales function
