About the role
The mission of the role is to be thought partner, help with strategy, own the highest-leverage work across the business, and make sure the important things actually happen. Similar to the CEO, you'll be touching every area of the business depending on what's needed, for example: strategy and GTM, a hiring push, goal setting & planning, a pricing project, internal processes & automation, compliance, and much more. You'll often own undefined problems end-to-end, and be expected to automate them or hand them off.

Requirements
- Strategic thinker and project manager
- Experience in B2B or devtools environments

- Ex-founding teams, consultants, investment bankers, and strong operational people
- Experience in B2B business environment or ability to demonstrate exceptional skills
