About GRANTED

GRANTED is a tech-enabled grant advisory firm based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We help nonprofits, local governments, higher education, and small businesses find, win, and manage grant funding, with over $100 million in non-dilutive funding secured for our clients. We're a small, founder-led team at a pivotal stage of growth transitioning to an AI-native SaaS platform to scale our mission nationally. The founding team has built companies before, knows what it doesn't know, and is genuinely invested in the growth of people around them. You won't be managed into a box here. The right person will feel that momentum the moment they walk in.

The Role

You'll work alongside the founder across platform development, grant research and writing, business development, government relations, marketing, project management, client relationships, legal coordination, and more. Some of it you'll know. Most of it you'll figure out. All of it will matter from day one. We're looking for someone ready to contribute immediately and blaze their own trail in the company based on what they bring, what they grow into, and what the business needs.

Who You Are

• A Bachelor's degree;
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent);
• Located in Northwest Arkansas.

We'd love to see experience in grant writing or research, go-to-market strategy, startup environments, vibe coding or low-code automation, and operations. But none of it is a dealbreaker. If you've held a role that required you to context-switch constantly, operate across multiple disciplines, and figure things out on the fly, tell us about it. That's more relevant to us than any specific credential.

Compensation

• Salary: $75,000
• PTO: 120 hours annually
• Benefits: Not offered at this time
• Location: In-office, Northwest Arkansas (The Ledger, Downtown Bentonville)
• Type: Full-time, at-will, exempt
