About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Founder Associate in San Francisco, CA. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our founders in building and scaling innovative startups.

Responsibilities

• Supporting founders in developing and executing their business plans
• Assisting in fundraising efforts and securing investment opportunities
• Collaborating with the leadership team to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders including investors, partners, and advisors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in startup operations or venture capital
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Qualifications

• Experience working with early-stage startups
• Understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics

Skills

• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
