About the role
The Birmingham, Alabama office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is seeking Associate Attorneys with litigation experience. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and office, learn from experienced litigators, participate in case strategy and development, and interact with and develop firm clients.
Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients in civil litigation matters
- Contribute to case strategy and development
- Interact with and develop firm clients
Requirements
- At least 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Active member and in good standing of the Alabama Bar
Qualifications
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Effective negotiation and advocacy abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex cases
