Foundation/Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and implement the employee and annual giving campaigns.
- Works closely with manager in development and preparation of solicitation strategies; makes recommendations for long range and annual development plans to reach stated goals.
- Oversees all annual giving initiatives, including direct mail campaigns to enhance donor acquisition, annual employee’s campaigns, and donor recognition wall. Recommends solicitation method, plans, and implements, evaluates and reports on activities. Participates in major gift cultivation, solicitation and campaigns as required.
- Captures and coordinates special events and other similar fundraising events identified by the Foundation.
- Responsible for communications for the Foundation, including updating website presence, social media content, newsletter creations, one page summaries etc. Serve as local Social Media Ambassador responsible for gathering social media content, scheduling posts, and responding to customer service related posts in consultation with the Region Digital Marketing team.
- Provides administrative support for campus events, including processing payments for sponsorships, tickets sales, entering payments into RE, preparing acknowledgement letters etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or five years of relevant experience

Pay
The posted compensation range of $23.22 - $34.54 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Schedule
1.0 FTE Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
