About the role

The role of Foster Care Clinical Care Coordinator involves providing clinical support to foster care families, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in their care. This includes conducting home visits, providing counseling services, and collaborating with other professionals to address the needs of the children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess the needs of foster care families and children.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support the emotional and mental health of children and families.
• Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and foster care guidelines.
• Document all interactions and assessments in accordance with agency policies.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
