About the role
The Foster Care Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical oversight and support to foster care families, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in their care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to foster care families
- Conduct home visits and assessments to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Offer training and education to foster parents on child development and parenting skills
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
- Experience working with foster care populations
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening test
- Pass a physical examination
