About the role

The Foster Care Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical oversight and support to foster care families, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in their care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to foster care families
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to ensure compliance with state regulations
  • Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Offer training and education to foster parents on child development and parenting skills
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and assessments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Experience working with foster care populations
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of child development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Pass a drug screening test
  • Pass a physical examination
