Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

About the role

Coworked's Harmony is an agentic AI Project Manager designed to handle routine project management tasks, allowing project managers to focus on strategy and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions with PMOs, IT, security, and business owners to map PMLC, governance checkpoints, and project toolchains.
• Document current and desired states, including recommended pilot scopes, integration approaches, data flows, access and compliance notes, and risk and effort matrices.
• Build operational plans covering environments, access, data onboarding, controls, success metrics, and exit criteria.
• Work with customer IT to implement, configure, and validate connectors and data paths, and create reusable checklists.
• Write runbooks for day-to-day operations, incident handling, permissioning, and change management.
• Train project managers, PMO analysts, and sponsors with clear materials, recordings, quick references, and office hours.
• Track adoption with a lightweight scorecard.
• Partner across Coworked to translate customer needs into repeatable capabilities, templates, and integrations.
• Capture field feedback to refine Harmony's interactions and ensure consistency.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in a customer-facing role delivering solution discovery and deployment for enterprise software or systems integration.
• Solid technical project management experience.
• Comfortable with PMLC, RAID, resource and stakeholder communications, and benefits tracking.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with AI.
• Working knowledge of enterprise PM/PPM/SPM tools such as Microsoft Project & Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, UMT360, Fluid, etc.
• Experience deploying solutions within Fortune 500 environments.
• Familiarity with OAuth, SSO.
• Exposure to AI agents or automation in real project workflows.
