AI companies now hire it as the default way to land enterprise customers. You'll sit with the customer, wire the product into their stack and their data, and ship until it works on their timeline. Several of these teams have already hired through us and are hiring five to ten more. Who this is for You like being on site with the problem. Slack is not enough. You go, you watch, you ship.You are a strong generalist: TypeScript or Python, APIs, deploys, and the ugly integration in between.You can explain a technical tradeoff to a non-engineer without sanding off the truth.Ambiguity does not freeze you. Half-specified customer environments are the job.You're in the Bay Area, or willing to be, with travel to customers when the work needs it.
