Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution
- Collaborate with Customer Success to align on goals and performance
- Analyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, and refine targeting
- Track and respond to campaign replies
- Drive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnels
- Capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processes
- Partner with engineers to provide feedback that shapes the product roadmap
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in customer success, sales outreach or technical implementation roles
- Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows
- Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
- High-ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
