Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Embed in strategic customer organizations to analyze their processes and objectives
• Identify and implement technical solutions that drive measurable transformation
• Serve as a thought leader, adapting the company’s value for customer needs
• Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions to enhance adoption and value
• Facilitate workshops for solution ideation and innovation with clients
• Guide clients in bespoke solution-building and change management
• Provide product feedback to shape the company roadmap

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in SaaS pre-sales, implementation, or customer-facing roles in enterprise environments
• 7-10 years in technology and sales, especially with large platforms
• Experience managing sales cycles and technical evaluations
• Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of business operations
• Hands-on experience with custom solution architecture and development
• Deep knowledge of relational database architecture and enterprise integration
• Active experience with AI tools and concepts, especially in low-code/no-code environments

Pay

$248,000 – $351,200 annually
