We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Why work for us?" which is like an intro. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting and decide sections. Content: - Intro: "Why work for us? A career at Janus Henderson is more than a job..." This could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map sections accordingly. We have: - About the role: description of mission, values, opportunity, what the role entails (business-facing engineering role, AI transformation, etc). Could include the "Your opportunity" paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities bullet points (Embed with the business, Deliver solutions end to end, Build investment capability on Nexus, Make data and capability reusable, Work across the AI function). Those are under "Your responsibilities". We'll put as
  • . - Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The posting has "Must have skills" and "Nice to have skills". Also "Supervisory responsibilities No." etc. Also "Potential for growth". Also "Compensation information". Also "What to expect when you join our firm" includes benefits. Also "Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations" etc. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Must have skills), Qualifications (maybe Nice to have skills?), Skills (maybe separate?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay: base salary range $145,000 - $180,000. Also mention Annual Bonus Opportunity. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: The posting mentions Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations, but not explicit schedule like full-time, etc. It mentions hybrid working. Could we consider that as Schedule? The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does mention hybrid working and reasonable accommodations, but not explicit schedule like "Full-time" or "Part-time". Might be okay to include Schedule with hybrid working info. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine Benefits and Schedule? But we need separate headings if content exists. Benefits: The posting lists many benefits: Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations, Generous Holiday policies, Excellent Health and Wellbeing benefits including corporate membership to Wellhub, Paid volunteer time, Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement, Maternal/paternal leave benefits and family services, Unique employee events and programs including a 14er challenge, Complimentary beverages, snacks and all employee Happy Hours. Also mention "Benefits: Janus Henderson is committed to offering a comprehensive total rewards package..." So we can include Benefits section. Schedule: Could include Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations as schedule info. But maybe better to put under Benefits? However they said use Benefits heading for benefits. Schedule heading for schedule info like hybrid working, remote, etc. We'll include Schedule with hybrid working and reasonable accommodations. Requirements: Must have skills list. Qualifications: Nice to have skills list. Skills: Could be overlapping; maybe we can combine Must have skills as Requirements, Nice to have as Qualifications, and maybe Skills not needed. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only if posting has real specific content. We have content for Must have skills and Nice to have skills. So we can have Requirements (must have) and Qualifications (nice to have). Skills maybe not needed. But we also have "Supervisory responsibilities No." That's a minor detail; could be included under Responsibilities? Not needed. Potential for growth: Could be under Benefits? Or maybe under About the role? Might be considered as part of Benefits (professional development). We'll incorporate into Benefits. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce:

We must ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details. About the role: combine "Why work for us? A career at Janus Henderson is more than a job, it’s about investing in a brighter future together . Our Mission at Janus Henderson is to help clients define and achieve superior financial outcomes through differentiated insights, disciplined investments, and world-class service. We will do this by protecting and growing our core business, amplifying our strengths and diversifying where we have the right. Our Values are key to driving our success, and are at the heart of everything we do: Clients Come First - Always | Execution Supersedes Intention | Together We Win | Diversity Improves Results | Truth Builds Trust If our mission, values, and purpose align with your own, we would love to hear from you! Your opportunity This is a business-facing engineering role. You will sit with business users, work out what is slowing them down, and turn those problems into AI and data solutions that reach production. The work starts with a conversation at someone’s desk, not a ticket in a queue. Janus Henderson is undertaking a firm-wide AI transformation to become the most technologically sophisticated asset manager in the industry. Our AI capability sits in a single centralised function under the Head of AI, and Forward Deployed Engineering is the part of it that embeds with the business and builds what business units cannot stand up alone. You will work alongside the AI Enablement Partners, who surface and triage demand: where they establish what a team needs, you build it. Reporting to the Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, you own your solutions from first conversation to live running. The work spans the full stack — sourcing internal and external data, curating it into views that answer the questions a desk actually asks, and making it reusable through Accio, our centralised MCP server. The most advanced work is investment engineering: building quantitative capability on Nexus, our agentic workspace, and taking it from one desk to a firm-wide offering such as relative-value signal generation. Your toolkit spans Python and SQL, LLMs and agent frameworks, MCP, Azure AI Foundry through the AI Team’s model gateway, Snowflake, and Azure with Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD." We need to keep all that. Might be long but okay. Responsibilities: list from "Your responsibilities" bullet points: - Embed with the business: Sit with business users — portfolio managers, analysts, traders, marketing, sales, HR, and operations — to understand their workflows, their data, and their day-to-day friction. - Partner with the AI Enablement Partners on escalated demand that business teams and citizen developers cannot deliver themselves. - Set realistic expectations on what is feasible, what it will take, and what it will not do. - Deliver solutions end to end: Design, build, and productionise bespoke, higher-complexity AI solutions, owning them through to live running. - Prototype with the business close at hand, then harden what works into production rather than leaving a demonstration. - Own the architecture and design decisions for your solutions, keeping them secure, scalable, and aligned to the enterprise core stack. - Take solutions through evaluation, observability, and our AI governance checkpoints, and keep them healthy afterwards. - Build investment capability on Nexus: Build advanced investment capability on Nexus and make it available across the firm. - Work with quantitative researchers and investment teams to take models and signals from one desk into a supported, firm-wide capability. - Put validation, monitoring, and reproducibility around signal output investment professionals rely on, and help take citizen developer workflows through to production. - Make data and capability reusable: Source data through APIs, vendor feeds, and enterprise systems, and build the ingestion pipelines that keep it flowing. - Curate raw data into business-focused views, and own its lineage, quality, and freshness. - Expose data and capability through Accio, and as skills, tools, and connectors on Nexus, so any approved agent or application can reach them. - Build reusable components rather than one-off integrations, and feed the patterns back to AI Architecture and AI Engineering. - Work across the AI function: Co-build enterprise core-stack deliverables with Percepta and AI Engineering, designed for transfer into business-as-usual. - Work with AI Security and AI Governance Implementation so solutions meet our security, data-privacy, and responsible-AI standards. - Keep current with LLM capabilities, agent patterns, and AI tooling, and bring back what is genuinely useful. We need to keep each as separate
    • . Might be many but okay. Requirements (Must have skills): - At minimum four years in a technical, business-facing engineering role — forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, consulting-side software engineering, or engineering embedded in a business unit. - Former technical founders are encouraged to apply. - Strong Python and SQL, and a track record of shipping production applications rather than prototypes. - Production experience with LLMs, covering prompt and context engineering, agent development, evaluation, and deployment at scale. - Hands-on experience building agentic capability — MCP servers, tools, skills, or connectors — for other systems and agents to consume. - Experience building data pipelines from APIs and enterprise systems, and modelling raw data into curated, business-facing views. - Working knowledge of a major cloud, ideally Azure, with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure as code. - Excellent stakeholder skills. You can run discovery with a portfolio manager in the morning and write the pipeline in the afternoon. - High agency and comfort with ambiguity, and genuine interest in the business problem rather than only the technology. - Experience in a regulated environment where governance, compliance, and data sensitivity shape how solutions are built. Qualifications (Nice to have skills): - Asset management or financial services domain knowledge, particularly the investment process, front office workflows, or fixed income. - Quantitative investment concepts such as fair value, relative value, signal generation, or portfolio construction. - Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric / OneLake, or comparable enterprise data platforms. - Azure AI Foundry, model gateways, inference routing, or AI evaluation and observability in production. - TypeScript or a second production language, and front-end experience for user-facing AI applications. Benefits: list from "What to expect when you join our firm" and later benefits paragraph: - Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations - Generous Holiday policies - Excellent Health and Wellbeing benefits including corporate membership to Wellhub - Paid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the community - Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more - Maternal/paternal leave benefits and family services - Unique employee events and programs including a 14er challenge - Complimentary beverages, snacks and all employee Happy Hours - (Also mention comprehensive total rewards package includes competitive compensation, pension/retirement plans, various health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits) but we already have compensation separate. We could also include "Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more" as benefit. Pay: base salary range $145,000 - $180,000.
