Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand specific technical needs and requirements
• Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions in alignment with project objectives
• Provide on-site technical support during deployment phases, ensuring smooth execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimise downtime and maintain client satisfaction
• Act as the technical bridge between the client and our Client's engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations
• Gather feedback post-deployment to continually improve processes and solutions
• Document deployment procedures, configurations, and technical details accurately

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in deploying complex technical solutions in a client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, network architecture, or software deployment
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are highly desirable

• Previous experience working in consultative or client-focused roles
