Responsibilities

• Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions
• Building and maintaining data pipelines, workflows, and AI-driven applications
• Configuring, customising, and deploying client-facing technology solutions
• Working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders throughout delivery
• Supporting the implementation of AI, analytics, and data transformation initiatives
• Driving user adoption through enablement, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Identifying underlying business problems and challenging assumptions where appropriate
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to delivery best practices
• Owning technical workstreams from discovery through production deployment

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Python and SQL
• Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines
• Software engineering and data engineering expertise
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions from requirements through deployment
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical outcomes
• Ability to manage technical workstreams with a high degree of ownership
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience working with AI, analytics, or data-driven solutions

Pay

$135,000 - $165,000 + bonus

Schedule

Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite per week (locations: Dallas, Seattle, Atlanta, Chicago, New York)
