Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Our Forward Deployed Engineers are not support engineers, they’re builders. We seek out valuable problems that hold our customers back, and we solve them by creating solutions and proving their value, owning the process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Solve Real Problems: Find the highest impact problems, understand them thoroughly, innovate, and persist until impact is achieved.
• Growth: Work on challenging problems that haven't been solved before, embrace continuous learning, and adapt to dynamic objectives.
• Technologies We Use: Python, Javascript, React, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
• Understanding of how technical decisions impact the user of what you’re building.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
• Skill and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.
• Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Willingness and interest to travel as needed.

Pay

$140K - $245K
