About the role
This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.
What You’ll Do
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up
- Work closely with our CTO, Sashank, who brings experience from building speech and language models at Apple’s AI/ML org
- Talk to customers, understand their flows, and translate those into robust agentic solutions
- Implement cutting-edge AI capabilities in production
- Work in-person from our San Francisco office (5 day week)
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of consumer facing engineering experience
- Strong experience with backend systems (Python)
- Clear communicator - both in person and in writing
- Drive, grit, and ownership

Compensation Range: $140K - $225K
