Compensation
Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000+ base salary DOE. Average is $207K with highs of $400K.

Requirements
- Have a history of exceptional work at great companies / startups.
- Built production agent systems.
- Keeping up with the latest in AI & Engineering.
Interview Process
- Screening conversation looking for communication skills, cultural fit, genuine curiosity about AI.
- Technical deep-dive talks on architecture thinking, how you'd design an AI system for a real problem.
- Coding or pairing sessions building.
