Forward Deployed Engineer Associate (AI Capability Center) - 2 Openings

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Associate (AI Capability Center) - 2 Openings to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will help build and refine AI-enabled software capabilities that support internal and client-facing business use cases. The associate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical partners to translate needs into full-stack solutions, with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and practical adoption. The position also contributes to testing, evaluation, and implementation readiness across cloud environments and advanced model workflows. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Build full-stack features on AWS and Azure using advanced models Collaborate daily with business users to shape product development Conduct quality tests and evaluations on products before deployment Follow design directives from the Solution Architect and identify gaps in design Qualifications 3+ years in software or AI development Proficient in Python and familiar with AWS or Azure Experience working directly with business stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent Familiarity with front-end development Experience with RAG and agentic DevOps tools preferred Exposure to healthcare or higher education sectors is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs to support employee health Participation in an annual incentive compensation program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
