Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Capability Center) - 5 Openings

For a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a team at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build features as a full-stack developer on AWS and Azure
• Collaborate daily with business users to develop solutions
• Maintain high quality through testing and evaluations
• Follow design direction from the Solution Architect while identifying gaps

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software or AI development experience
• Proficient in Python, AWS or Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong builder mindset, comfortable collaborating with business users
• Experience in healthcare or higher education environments

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
