Forward Deployed Engineer Associate (AI Capability Center) - 2 Openings

About the role

This person builds the solution and works with the business day to day inside a pod. The Solution Architect owns the design and the Engagement Manager owns the schedule, so this seat is focused on building well.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the features. Full-stack on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models.
• Work with users. Sit with the business day to day and build with them.
• Keep quality up. Tests and evaluations on everything that ships.
• Take design direction from the Solution Architect, and flag what the design misses.

Required Skills

• 3+ years building software or AI
• Python, and AWS or Azure
• A capable builder who is comfortable working with the business
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Some RAG and agent experience, plus exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools, eval-driven pipelines)
• Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0
• Front-end skills
• Healthcare or higher education exposure
• AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102

Pay

Estimated base salary: $105,000 - $130,000 USD. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range is $120,750 - $149,500 USD.
