Responsibilities
- Working in Cotera daily to help customers and our product team
- Talking to customers and managing customer relationships
- Runnning trainings/webinars
- Writing AI thought pieces for our marketing site
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate is early in their career: 1-3 years out of college (though more seasoned is also fine)
- Familiar with AI tools like Claude Code, Perplexity, CLI/MCP tools, workflows (Zapier/n8n)
- Curious and hungry to try different things to find out about their career path
- Technically proficient - you don't need to be an engineer, but you get a 5x weighting if you're using AI tools to code up things
- Detail oriented - described as a "perfectionist" with a high standard for the work they produce
- Wants to be a founder and learn the ins and outs of running a B2B business
- Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone for at least 3 hours a day
Pay
$120k - $145k + Equity
