What You’ll Do
- Support the development of project schedules and budgets.
- Work with vendors to gather pricing and ensure timely follow-up.
- Perform estimates, takeoffs, and manage project documentation.
- Track construction materials, equipment, and project progress.
- Attend project meetings, record notes, and keep teams aligned.
- Perform additional assignments per the Project Manager's or the Superintendent's direction.
- Assist in gathering and distributing closeout documents for project completion.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn and use project management software like Procore and Microsoft Project.
Work Environment
- Office-based with occasional on-site visits.
- Travel required as needed for project support.
