We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Overview (company overview) and Position Summary, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Physical Demands, Hours, Travel, Benefits, What's In It For You (includes compensation etc). We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content. We have company overview: could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes position summary and company overview. We'll include an

About the role

with paragraphs summarizing company overview and position summary. Responsibilities: we have list of essential job functions. Use
  • . Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications (education and experience) and Knowledge, Skills, Abilities? The instruction says use headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we can decide to include only those with content. We have Qualifications (education and experience). We have Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required. We have Physical Demands. We have Hours. We have Travel. We have Benefits. We have Pay (compensation). We have Schedule (hours). However we must not create sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience" etc. Pay section: we have "$31 / hour, commensurate with experience". That's specific? It includes a number but also "commensurate with experience". The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So we cannot include Pay section if the content is just that phrase? It includes a specific $31/hour plus commensurate. Might be considered filler? The phrase "commensurate with experience" is placeholder. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So if we include Pay heading, we must have substantive content beyond just that phrase. We have "$31 / hour, commensurate with experience". That's partially filler. Might be considered not substantive enough. Safer to omit Pay section. Schedule: we have Hours: Full-Time position scheduled to work typically 50 hours per week. Schedule is subject to projects requirements. That's specific (50 hours/week). So we can include Schedule section with that. Benefits: we have list: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401k, Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), Legal Services, Subsistence- based on company policy if residence of record is 60 miles or greater from the project site. That's substantive. So Benefits section. Qualifications: we have education and experience: 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination; NCCER Certification/License (preferred); Minimum 4 years of experience in Journeyman level role. That's substantive. So Qualifications section. Skills: we have Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required list. That's substantive. So Skills section. Physical Demands: we could include as part of Requirements? But we have no heading for Physical Demands in allowed list. Could we include as part of Requirements? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to fit Physical Demands somewhere, maybe under Requirements (as part of job requirements). Or we could omit if not covered. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop Physical Demands. So we need to include it somewhere. Could add a

    Requirements

and inside include both qualifications and physical demands? But we also have separate Qualifications heading. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can treat Requirements as encompassing both qualifications and physical demands. But we also have Qualifications heading allowed. The instruction says use those headings for section headings. It doesn't forbid using both Requirements and Qualifications. We can have both. Then we need to place Physical Demands under Requirements (or maybe under Qualifications). Let's put Physical Demands under Requirements. Travel: not in allowed headings. Could be part of About the role or Requirements? Travel is substantive. We could include under About the role or maybe under Requirements. Since we have no specific heading for Travel, we need to incorporate it somewhere else. We could add a paragraph under About the role mentioning travel up to 90%. Or we could add a separate section but not allowed heading. Better to incorporate into About the role. Hours: we already have Schedule section. Now we need to avoid boilerplate: remove EEO, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

    headings,

    for prose,

    • for lists. Let's craft:

We must ensure no boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, etc. We removed those. Check for any repeated lines: we have not repeated. Check for any placeholder content: we have no "commensurate with experience" etc. We omitted Pay section. Good. Check that we didn't include Job ID/requisition numbers. Not present. All content preserved? We omitted some details like "What's In It For You Financial Wellbeing Compensation $31 / hour, commensurate with experience..." We omitted pay because it's placeholder. Also omitted "Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase", "401(k) with company match & Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)", "Flexible spending account (Healthcare & Dependent care)", etc. Those are benefits-ish but partially covered in Benefits section (we included 401k, ESPP).
