Pay
Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour
- Additional $2.00 per hour when assigned to second shift
- $0.75 pay increase after 6 months of employment
Schedule
2nd Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00 pm - 4:00 am (half day on Wednesday)

About the role
Warehouse Forklift Operators work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled include medical supplies. Equipment used includes stand-up forklifts. Roles support distribution across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
- Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
- Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
- Handle day-to-day paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
- Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
- Valid forklift operator’s license/certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work within a diverse environment and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a strong attendance record
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
- High level of accuracy, even under pressure
- Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must follow health and safety methods
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
