Pay

Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour

• Additional $2.00 per hour when assigned to second shift
• $0.75 pay increase after 6 months of employment

Schedule

2nd Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00 pm - 4:00 am (half day on Wednesday)

About the role

Warehouse Forklift Operators work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled include medical supplies. Equipment used includes stand-up forklifts. Roles support distribution across the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license (certified)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse environment and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a strong attendance record
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• High level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must follow health and safety methods
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
