About the role

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver positions in clean, organized, and well-run facilities focused on safety. Products handled include food products. Equipment used: Sit Down Forklift, Automated Pallet Jack (Walkie Rider). Comfort with driving sit-down forklifts backward is required.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Tuesday: 4:30pm - 3:00am
Friday - Saturday: 5:30am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license/certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse environment and maintain professional relationships at all levels
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with good attendance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• High level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must follow health and safety methods
• Flexible schedule availability for various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
