About the role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Production Associates with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates embrace learning new skills, support team members in achieving production goals, adapt to various plant areas and shifts, and place a strong emphasis on safety. This is a full-time position with opportunities to rotate through different roles and shifts.

Responsibilities

Production Associates may excel in the following roles:

• Warehouse Operators: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, including sanitation duties to maintain food safety. Tasks involve receiving, storing, organizing, forklift operation, and distributing raw materials and finished products.

Physical requirements and working conditions

This role requires the following physical abilities, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day
• Climb ladders, steps, and extensions
• Lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force
• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at or below shoulder level
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a dust mask
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Must be clean-shaven to ensure proper seal for respiratory protection (e.g., N-95 dust mask) where required

Pay

Competitive hourly rate starting at $29.71 USD.

The Company provides a shift differential for eligible employees working outside standard business hours, included in the calculation of overtime pay.
