Pay

  • Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Overtime Pay: $25.50 when working overtime
  • Shift Premium: $1.25 hourly when working night shift

Schedule

Nights Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM

About the role

  • Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver positions in clean, organized, and well-run facilities
  • Products handled: Tires
  • Equipment used: Sit-down forklift, cherry picker, order picker, stock picker
  • Support distribution across the US in various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
  • Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
  • Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
  • Handle day-to-day paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid forklift operator’s license or certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a diverse environment
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
  • Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with good attendance record
  • Works independently with minimal supervision and demonstrates initiative
  • High level of accuracy, even under pressure
  • Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must follow health and safety methods
  • Flexible availability for various work shifts
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
