About the role

Pike Industries, Inc., a subsidiary and integral part of CRH, is seeking a Foreperson-Plants and Asphalt to join our team. This position offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up asphalt plant activity
  • Communicate daily workload
  • Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up
  • Coordinate asphalt plant activity

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in construction or related field preferred

Pay
