About the role
Pike Industries, Inc., a subsidiary and integral part of CRH, is seeking a Foreperson-Plants and Asphalt to join our team. This position offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Cook up asphalt plant activity
- Communicate daily workload
- Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up
- Coordinate asphalt plant activity
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction or related field preferred

Pay
$30.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential. Annual increase potential. OT after 8.
