Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
- Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
- Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training.
- Communicates with property owners and customers regarding work details.
- Maintains accurate records and reports on crew operations.
- Controls crew costs and ensures efficient use of resources.
- Furnishes reports to supervisors and handles incident investigations.
- Ensures safety and maintains good public relations.
- Performs DOT maintenance and inspection on company vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications
- Age 18 or older.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and symbols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and adjust to field requirements.
- Driver’s license and Class B CDL preferred.
- State pesticide license preferred (will help obtain).
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Pre-Screen
- Drug screen, background check, and MVR check upon offer.
License & Certifications
- Driver’s License Required.
- Class B CDL Preferred.
- State Pesticide License Preferred (will help obtain).
Travel Requirements
- Must have transportation to and from the show-up location.
Physical Requirements
- RARE: crawling, climbing, gripping, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- OCCASIONAL: standing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, body-twisting, sense of touch, manual dexterity, lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., reaching, range-of-motion, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, climbing stairs, balancing.
- FREQUENT: walking, sitting, climbing on/off truck, reading, lifting up to 10 lbs.
- CONTINUOUS: speaking clearly, seeing distant, seeing, hearing-speech-range, depth-perception, color vision.
