This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance metrics, including utilization and billable hours
- Delegate assignments based on team members' expertise after thorough evaluation
- Manage quality and execution by guiding team methodology and analysis
- Innovate protocols and standards for exceptional client experiences
- Oversee project P&L performance and conduct compensation reviews
- Engage in field observations, testing, and comprehensive data collection
- Prepare detailed reports on observations, tests, and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture with at least one professional architectural or engineering license, able to obtain multi-state licensure
- 10+ years of field experience in the design industry, preferably in Design Management and Client Management
- Strong technical writing skills are essential
- Proven experience in leading and collaborating within teams
- Independent work capability with flexibility for remote work and travel

Pay
$180,000 – $230,000 annually
