About the role
We are hiring 6 Foreman-level Heavy Equipment Operators for a large-scale civil infrastructure project supporting data center connectivity in Columbus, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role—you will operate equipment daily while leading crews on deep open-trench excavation work.
Responsibilities
- Operate Track Hoe / Excavator daily (REQUIRED)
- Perform deep trench excavation (10-15 ft)
- Place and manage trench boxes
- Use pipe lasers for grade accuracy
- Work safely around live utilities
- Read and follow blueprints and site plans
- Ensure trench protection and OSHA safety compliance
- Lead and coordinate field crews on civil construction work
Requirements
- Foreman or Lead Operator experience
- Heavy civil / underground utility construction
- Track Hoe operation (MUST)
- Trench protection & OSHA safety knowledge
- Experience with deep open-trench excavation
