Job Summary
Provide supervisory leadership and accountability for employees and Subcontractors assigned to plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical crews (i.e., pumps, boilers, chillers, etc.). Work in tandem with Project Manager, General Contractor, and Government Representative. Oversee the jobsite, processes, coordinates manpower, processes all required paperwork, verifies coordinated drawings, and builds the project in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Experience
Ten (10) years or more in the plumbing/mechanical trades with three (3) years working as a senior construction foreman, superintendent, or similar function. Stable work history with three (3) years job experience in the appropriate assignments showing increasing levels of responsibility and work complexity. Possess a Washington State PL01 Journey Level Plumbing License. Experience working with cranes, rigging, confined space, and working at heights. Experience is the following computer skills: Word, Excel, PDF Reader, Blue Beam, Outlook
Hiring Requirements
Pass Federal Government security clearance (includes drug testing) and clean driving record.
