Foreman - Concrete/Civil (Self-Perform Carpenter/Laborer)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete/civil carpenter and laborer crews to ensure safe, high-quality, and productive work in accordance with plans and specifications
• Enforce jobsite safety requirements, including leading stretch and flex and completing daily JHAs/PODs
• Plan and execute daily work activities; assign tasks and start crews efficiently and on time
• Monitor work quality, progress, and productivity; minimize rework and support punch list completion
• Track crew manpower, equipment, and materials with awareness of crew-level cost impacts
• Communicate daily progress, challenges, and needs to the Superintendent and support project planning efforts
• Train and mentor developing crew members and emerging field leaders

Experience

• Typically 3+ years of construction experience with hands-on trade expertise and crew leadership
