Foreman - Civil Site Development

About the role

Weider Contracting is seeking a hands‑on Grade Foreman or Pipe Foreman to lead crews in site development and heavy civil work. The foreman will plan, execute, and deliver quality projects safely from start to finish, mentor employees, and develop site‑grading and dirt‑work skills while working outdoors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Grade Crew or Pipe Foreman in site development or heavy civil work.
• Strong leadership abilities with a high level of safety awareness and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
