About the role
Engineers Construction, Inc. (ECI), based in Williston, VT, seeks a Foreman with 5+ years of experience in site, roadway, utility and heavy civil construction.
Responsibilities
- Daily planning and supervision of a crew
- Leading heavy equipment operations
- Laying out the work
- Time and material record keeping
- Maintaining a safe jobsite
Requirements
- Working knowledge of utility installation, mass earthwork, roadway work, and heavy equipment operation
- Leadership capacity and experience
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Practical knowledge of construction materials, grading and layout, heavy equipment, and plan reading
- Valid driver's license, CDL preferred

Pay
Rate of Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 / Hour, commensurate on experience. Overtime paid after 8 hours per day.
Schedule
Working Hours: 45 to 55 hours per week typical.
