Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR), USARCENT - Shaw AFB, South Carolina

About the role

ZemiTek, LLC is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) to support USARCENT intelligence and information-sharing activities at Shaw AFB. The FDR will review and coordinate information for authorized foreign disclosure and releasability.

Responsibilities

• Support authorized disclosure of information to foreign governments, coalition partners, and other authorized recipients.
• Apply applicable foreign disclosure policies, procedures, restrictions, and markings.
• Affirm disclosure determinations and recommendations.
• Carefully coordinate disclosure matters with Government officials and appropriate security/intelligence personnel.
• Maintain disclosure documentation, records, and supporting information.
• Protect classified, controlled, and sensitive information from unauthorized disclosure.
• Support staff actions, research, analysis, and coordination associated with disclosure requirements.
• Identify potential disclosure issues and elevate matters requiring Government determination.
• Support timely information sharing while maintaining applicable security and disclosure controls.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Secret clearance and be capable of satisfying any additional access requirements associated with assigned duties.
• TS/SCI eligibility/access may be required as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Equivalent military intelligence/security training and directly relevant experience may substitute.
• Three or more years of intelligence or security experience with demonstrated foreign disclosure, releasibility, or disclosure-review experience.

Skills

• Familiarity with classified and controlled information.
• Sound judgment.
• Ability to apply applicable foreign disclosure policies and procedures in an operational military environment.
