About the Role

Join our team at the 9th Air Force (9AF) United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) in Sumter, SC. As a Foreign Disclosure Support Analyst, you will directly support and be accountable to the USAFCENT Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) at 9 AF AFCENT Intelligence Directorate (A2) Headquarters, Shaw AFB, SC, and forward locations in the AOR as directed. This role is critical to U.S. military defense and the safety of airmen, contributing to daily intelligence data exchanges and foreign disclosure processes within the Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) and USAFCENT Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide foreign disclosure guidance to the USAFCENT Commander and staff in support of daily intelligence data exchanges within the CAOC and USAFCENT Headquarters.
  • Assist in maintaining Foreign Disclosure Representative program management and manning requirements.
  • Support all USAFCENT directorates and functional staff elements in the disclosure/release process by coordinating with organizations to review and determine potential for disclosure/release by Originating Classifying Authorities (FORREL process).
  • Provide expertise and assistance in preparing and presenting briefings on foreign disclosure procedures and processes.
  • Assist and guide Foreign Disclosure Representatives to ensure proper implementation of foreign disclosure policy.
  • Travel up to 25% (CONUS and OCONUS).

Requirements

  • Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 3 years of experience with National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1), DoD foreign disclosure policy, Air Force foreign disclosure policy, Higher Headquarters foreign disclosure policy and guidance, and other applicable directives/instructions.
  • 3 years of experience with the USCENTCOM AOR and extensive knowledge of Joint and Air Force Doctrine, as they relate to Air Force operations, operational capabilities, and operational sensitivities specifically relating to operations in the USCENTCOM AOR.
  • 2 years of experience with general Air Force and specific foreign disclosure operations, information security processes for classified material handling, and general management practices.

Pay

The salary range for this position is provided at the top of the posting and varies based on factors such as scope of the role, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, education, training, key skills, and geographic market considerations. Actual base salary will be determined by these factors. Eligible positions may also include annual bonuses or long-term incentive opportunities.
