Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst

About the role

BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support disclosure decisions in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of FMS, International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems
• Support in developing and implementing disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release
• Review program documentation prior to release to foreign governments
• Develop documentation in accordance with U.S. Government technology transfer policy
• Provide analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export license/technical assistance agreement development
• Monitor compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for current programs and develop required documentation for future phases of international programs
• Cook up disclosure questions and issues
• Oversee tracking and ensure quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals
• Develop, manage, and staff Technology Assessment/Control Plan (TA/CPs)
• Assist in managing Export Licenses, Technical Assistance Agreement (TAAs) and Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases
• Develop, participate in and/or provide International Programs Security training and awareness

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience performing duties described in the functional description
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
• Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter
• Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Qualifications

• Desired Experience: 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR
• Education: BA/BS degree or Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree

Pay

The typical annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 USD to $110,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.
