Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst, Junior
About the role
A Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst Junior position is available for a junior role supporting disclosure decisions in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of FMS, International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems
- Supports in developing and implementing disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release
- Reviews program documentation prior to release to foreign governments
- Develops documentation in accordance with U.S. Government technology transfer policy
- Provides analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export license/technical assistance agreement development
- Maintains compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for current programs and develops required documentation for future phases of international programs
- Coordinates engineering reviews of data for release to foreign nationals
- Assists in resolving disclosure questions and issues
- Oversees tracking and ensures quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals
- Supports management of foreign national visits
- Develops, manages, and staffs Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs)
- Provides assistance and support in the management of Export Licenses, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), and Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases
- Develops, participates in, and/or provides International Programs Security training and awareness
Requirements
- Less than 3 years’ experience performing duties described in the functional description
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
- Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter
- Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of U.S. Government technology transfer policies and procedures
- Experience with export licensing and technical assistance agreements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The typical annual salary range for this position is $62,000.00 USD to $78,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.
