Foreclosure Specialist

About the role

Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi-state law firm focused on leveraging technology to create workflow synergies with clients and business partners. The firm provides full-service legal representation to depository and non-depository financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, mortgage servicing concerns, institutional investors, private firms, and other commercial clients. The Remote Process of Service Specialist will ensure proper service completion on all files where a complaint has been filed to initiate foreclosure and correspond with clients regarding service status.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Notices of Action and Motions for Extension of Time
• Work closely with service vendors to ensure files are reviewed weekly
• Verify that service is properly completed
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, telephone, and client systems to obtain necessary information for meeting foreclosure requirements and timelines
• Manage and prioritize large workloads
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Prior experience in foreclosure processing and client systems (e.g., Black Knight, Tempo, Vendorscape) preferred
• Previous law firm or loan processing experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of the service process preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
• Team player willing to offer assistance when required
• Good judgment and courteous, tactful communication with clients and employees/supervisors
