About the role

We are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of foreclosure experience, including managing cases from referral through conclusion, meeting deadlines, and providing timely client updates. This role requires a bright, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm.

Responsibilities

• Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• E-file with various court systems and handle document recording.
• Maintain client and case files, including correspondence and updates.
• Organize and maintain the group’s calendars, adhering to legal deadlines.
• Organize and archive documents related to completed and ongoing litigations.
• Prepare reports for attorneys.
• Perform all other related duties to support departmental and firm needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related foreclosure experience.
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services.
• Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, or similar systems is a plus.
• Superior organizational, research, and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, independent worker with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to manage a heavy workload and work well under pressure.
• Confident and comfortable on the phone.
