Foreclosure Paralegal

Our growing law firm is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our HOA Collections team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy, organization, and strong communication. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of timelines in foreclosure matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure files from referral through sale and post-sale processes
• Prepare and review foreclosure pleadings, notices, and related legal documents
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients (HOA/management companies), and third parties
• Ensure compliance with South Carolina foreclosure procedures and timelines
• Maintain accurate file documentation and case tracking
• Communicate case status updates to clients and attorneys as needed
• Prepare attorney for hearings
• E-file documents and manage court-related filings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foreclosure experience (South Carolina experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of foreclosure timelines and procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
