Description

Independent file research.
Responding to client and court escalations.
Researching case status and employing non-legal decision-making skills.
Working together with and supporting the Attorneys of the Firm in multiple states.
Managing and updating internal and external databases.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an operations support role or in a similar position.
  • Real Estate, Foreclosure or Bankruptcy related experience preferred.
  • Registered Notary preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Able to multitask.
